2025 accommodation bookings are now open!

Following feedback from members, the Board of Directors has made the decision to open 2025 bookings at
the beginning of March to give everyone additional time to plan their Parrawa getaways, and for the
associated booking priority periods to occur earlier.

The Board hopes that by doing so, members are given more time to plan and book, especially during busy
school holiday weeks, Interschools and the August high-season.

Please remember that all accommodation bookings must be made with a two-night minimum.

We also encourage all members to familiarise themselves with the most recent accommodation booking process and terms and conditions.

New for 2024, members will have the opportunity to add a Flexible booking option to their bookings. This option will allow members and guests to cancel their booking for any reason up until 7 days before their check-in date. This flexibility is a $150 per person fee that will be added to your booking. This is applicable to anyone over the age of 3. This option needs to be selected at the time of booking and cannot be added later. If a member or guest does decide to cancel their reservation they will receive the total amount back, less the flexible booking fee.

Final Payment Policy

Please note that the balance of your accommodation booking is due on the Due Date (two calendar months prior to arrival date). The credit card you have authorised for payment of the initial deposit will be automatically debited unless we are contacted before the due date with alternative arrangements.
