Summer activities

Summer at Perisher offers mountain enthusiasts the opportunity for bushwalking, fishing, mountain bike riding, and more, so take advantage of the alpine environment by staying at Parrawa.

There aren't any stores open in Perisher during the summer, so all provisions need be brought in with you.

Stays must be booked a month in advance and are restricted to groups of six or more for a minimum of three nights.

Nightly summer accommodation rates are:

  • $60 per adult
  • $30 per child

Members who stay out of the ski season are required to open the lodge themselves and are required to leave the lodge in the condition they found it. An operational manual is provided to all guest with instructions on how to open and close the lodge.

A $350 cleaning fee will be requested at the time of booking.

Snowies Alpine Walk

The Snowies Alpine Walk is a world-class, multi-day walk across the alpine roof of Australia in Kosciuszko National Park in Monero Ngarigo Country.

Featuring active days and comfortable nights, the 55-kilometre, 4-day walk extends existing walks across the park's spectacular alpine area and links the resorts of Guthega, Charlotte Pass, Perisher and Lake Crackenback.

The walk also crosses over the summit of Mount Kosciuszko.
