Terms and Conditions


A 50% deposit of the total cost of accommodation is required within five (5) business days of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is to be paid two months prior to arrival.

If a booking is made within 60 days of commencement of stay then full payment must be made on receipt of invoice to confirm the booking.

For credit card payments, the Booking Officer will automatically deduct final payment for accommodation on the due date.

Failure to make full payment on time may result in additional charges being paid to cover increased administration costs.

We accept payment by EFT and Debit and Credit Card Visa and MasterCard. Please note that there is no surcharge for Credit Card payments. If paying by EFT, please ensure that your booking reference number and name are shown in the transfer details.


Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to commencement of stay will be entitled to a refund of 50% of monies paid.

No refunds will be issued for bookings cancelled within 30 days of commencement of stay.
A fee of $50 per booking for each amendment to the booking will apply once the deposit for the booking has been paid.

No refunds can be made directly to credit cards, all refunds are issued by the club Treasurer.

No refunds of accommodation or any other related services will be given if guests are unable to arrive on the day of the booking. Including travel being affected by transport related problems or weather conditions.


We strongly recommend that you take out travel and personal injury insurance against any unforeseen circumstances.

We endeavour to maximise your time on the mountain and are happy to offer luggage storage facilities for early arrivals and late departures if required. Please advise the Lodge Manager of your arrival time on the booking form or by telephone if your estimated time of arrival changes.

Transport to the Lodge

Members and guests are responsible for their own arrival and departure transfers between Perisher Skitube Terminal & Parrawa Lodge. The morning and afternoon Hans Oversnow service is strictly for skiers only no luggage is to be transported on this service. Personal use of the Hans Oversnow must be paid for by members directly.
