The perks of being a member of Parrawa Ski Lodge include:

When a membership is sold, a $600 transfer fee is payable to Parrawa Ski Lodge.

Apart from the transfer fee, the sale value of all memberships is negotiated between the parties. One condition of sale is that the name of the new member is circulated to existing members before the sale is finalised.

Should a membership become available, and a successful sale be negotiated, it is a requirement of the Articles of Association that the applicant's full name and residential address be circulated to the existing membership base for approval.
