Parrawa Lodge Managers
Scott Collier and Taylah Harding are excited to be the managers at Parrawa Ski
Lodge in 2019. They are looking forward to delivering great cuisine and a warm
atmosphere for members and guests at Parrawa.
Both Scott and Tay have extensive experience in hospitality and come to Parrawa after a summer of living and working at Burleigh Heads in Queensland. Here, Scott has been working as
Sous Chef at Harry’s Steak Bistro and Bar; and Taylah has been working front of
house, at Justin Lane Roof Top Bar.
After a summer of sun and surf, they can’t wait to be back in the snow. The
Mountains have been their winter home for several years, and as children
growing up in the area Perisher resort was their playground. More recently,
both worked and lived at Perisher Manor just near the 8 seat chair, Scott as a
chef and Taylah front of house and reception.
Coming from big families they are comfortable and relaxed being around lots of
people. Scott grew up at Kosciusko Snow Reveller’s lodge in Perisher, and
understands the important role that managers’ play in ensuring members and
guests feel at home. Taylah’s background in hospitality makes her the perfect
Of course, needless to say, both have a passion for the mountains and love to
snowboard and ski, or just to play in the snow. They are really looking forward
to another Australian winter and to meeting all the members of Parrawa. They
are certain the food will excite, and that the lodge will provide a warm and
comfortable atmosphere and a home away from home.
