The Parrawa board of directors, in close communication with its lodge managers are closely following the current NSW Health guidelines regarding the current COVID-19 situation. As you are all aware, this situation is evolving rapidly and we are endeavouring to provide you with the latest information regarding travel, resort/lodge access and accommodation refunds.
As of 6.00pm on Saturday 26 June, under advice from NSW Health, stay at home orders have been extended to all LGAs in the Greater Sydney area which includes the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour. The Order has commenced and will be in place until midnight 9 July, unless extended or repealed earlier.
It is crucial that if you reside in the Greater Sydney area or have visited the Greater Sydney area since 21 June that you do not travel to Parrawa for the safety of our managers and other guests.
If you live, work or have visited the Greater Sydney area since 21 June and are subject to the current stay at home orders and have a booking at Parrawa between 26 June and 9 July, we ask that you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking details so that a refund for your accommodation can be processed.
COVID-19 cancellation policy
Please note that Parrawa’s standard cancellation policy/T&C’s apply unless the NSW Government has issued orders:
- To stay at home (i.e. lockdown, non-essential travel except for work / health / shopping / vaccination); or
- Not to leave your (local government) area, or return forthwith to your home.
In the case of the above, we request that the member who made the booking send an email to email@example.com with the booking details and advise that you are unable to take up your accommodation due to NSW Government health orders and so a refund for your accommodation can be processed.
