As most members will be aware, the situation regarding COVID-19 continues to evolve with many areas of NSW and its residents now subject to stay-at-home orders.
It is crucial that if you reside in one of the affected areas that you do not travel to Parrawa for the safety of our managers and other guests.
If you live in one of the affected areas and have a booking at Parrawa you have the choice of having your booking transferred to new dates, or cancelled/refunded.
In the case of cancellations/refunds, we request that the member who made the booking send an email to Kay at: email@example.com with the booking details and advise that you are unable to take up your accommodation due to NSW Government health orders and so a refund for your accommodation can be processed.
In addition to your booking details, please ensure you also supply Kay with your bank account details so that your accommodation refund can be processed.
