As most members will be aware, the current stay at home orders for Greater Sydney which came into effect on Saturday 26 June have been extended to at least midnight on Friday 16 July.
It is crucial that if you reside in the Greater Sydney area or have visited the Greater Sydney area since 21 June that you do not travel to Parrawa for the safety of our managers and other guests.
If you live in the Greater Sydney area and have a booking at Parrawa up to and including Friday 16 July you have the choice of having your booking transferred to new dates, or cancelled/refunded.
In the case of cancellations/refunds, we request that the member who made the booking send an email to Kay at: firstname.lastname@example.org with the booking details and advise that you are unable to take up your accommodation due to NSW Government health orders and so a refund for your accommodation can be processed.
In addition to your booking details, please ensure you also supply Kay with your bank account details so that your accommodation refund can be processed.
We also appreciate your patience during this time as we work through multiple refunds due to the unprecedented nature of the current situation.
