COVID-19 update

The Parrawa board of directors, in close communication with its lodge managers are closely following the current NSW Health guidelines regarding the current COVID-19 situation. As you are all aware, this situation is evolving rapidly and we are endeavouring to provide you with the latest information regarding travel, resort/lodge access and accommodation refunds.

As of Wednesday 23 June at 4.00pm, under advice from NSW Health, if you live or work in the City of Sydney, Waverley, Randwick, Canada Bay, Inner West, Bayside, and Woollahra local government areas, you cannot travel outside metropolitan Sydney for non-essential travel.

If you live or work within any of the above-mentioned local government areas we ask that you do not travel to Parrawa for the safety of our managers and other guests. 

If you live or work in the above mentioned local government areas and have a booking at Parrawa between now Thursday 1 July, we ask that you send an email to Kay at: bookings@parrawa.com.au with your booking details and that you are unable to take up your accommodation.

Affected guests can choose a credit for their stay that can be used at an alternative time during the rest of this season when conditions improve, and there is availability, or in the low/shoulder season in 2022 or a full refund of their accommodation costs.

Parrawa also encourages affected guests to review the Perisher COVID-19 cancellation policy/guidance for the refund of pre-paid lift, lesson and rental products.

Members and guests from outside of the above-mentioned local government areas continue to be welcome at Parrawa, however this situation may change to we encourage all guests to monitor advice from NSW Health.
